Boris Johnson and his relations with elephants in Kerala!
Boris came to Kerala in 2003.During his visit,He visited a temple in kerala for a marriage function.
Over there,An elephant named ‘Gopalan’ as well as The temple elephant was present.
The temple elephant ran towards the wedding procession and many were given a few bruises except Boris who miraculously escaped.
Minister S Krishnakumar who hosted the UK Prime Minister-designate in south India way back in 2003 quoted that-
“In Hindu philosophy, it is said that if you escape a temple elephant’s fury, the worst part of your life is over and your future is very bright”.
